Members of H.E.A.R.T. 9/11 have returned to the United States after traveling to Haiti, where they built a health clinic for the Love A Child Orphanage. The nonprofit disaster relief organization built the "fully functioning health clinic in just six days." The 12-member team was in the country from Feb. 13 through Feb. 19.

The clinic will provide the necessary medical services to disabled victims, many of whom are amputees, and their families, according to a news announcement released today from the group.
Bill Keegan, the president of H.E.A.R.T. 9/11, said a team is planning another relief trip to Haiti next month. For news and details on that trip, visit The MEMO.
