Sponsor a Cobblestone

The cobblestone campaign provides an opportunity for any person or organization to sponsor a permanent piece of the Memorial plaza individually or as a gift. The cobblestones will serve as pathways for the Memorial plaza, and the granite pavers will create elegant walkways guiding visitors to the Memorial.

Gifts In Memory or In Honor of:

Contributions can be made in memory or honor of a friend or loved one. With your gift, you will be given a number that corresponds to a specific cobblestone or paver. Generations of visitors will be able to locate your stone using a kiosk at the Memorial site.

While individual cobblestones will not be inscribed, your name will appear on our website, recognizing the generosity that makes the National September 11 Memorial & Museum a reality.

A $100 donation will sponsor a cobblestone to be placed on the paths of the Memorial Plaza, a beautifully landscaped space surrounding the Memorial.

A $500 donation will sponsor a cobblestone to be placed on the Memorial Glade, a small clearing in a grove of trees for gatherings and ceremonies.

A $1000 donation will sponsor one of the granite pavers that will create elegant walkways leading to the Memorial.

You can also begin a cobblestone or paver campaign in your community, or in your circle of friends and family.
