Visitors bringing children along to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum can explore two ways to keep young historians occupied and engaged this summer.

Youth and Family tours have kicked off at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. These hour-long tours are designed for visitors with children and explore the design of the Memorial, the events of 9/11 and how we commemorate the attacks. The program also includes an accompanying interactive activity.

Kids are also welcome to delve into the 9/11 Memorial Art Cart, which will help children discover the stories and symbolism behind the 9/11 Memorial and the rebuilt World Trade Center site. Visitors can participate in self-guided explorations and art activities, written in age-appropriate language.

Find the Art Cart on the Memorial Plaza Monday through Friday from June 19 to August 18, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
