"Seven Days in September" filmmaker Steven Rosenbaum on Thursday will be making a presentation at the TED conference in Long Beach, Calif. Rosenbaum is expected to give a speech about his now six-years-long work documenting the curation of the 9/11 Memorial Museum. He'll share for the first time just a small glimpse into the more than 400 hours of footage and 20,000 digital photographs chronicling design, curation and construction.

In 2001, Rosenbaum was in New York working with a team of documentary photographers and amateur filmmakers gathering what would become the "world's largest collection of 9/11 video" known as The CameraPlanet Archive, Rosenbaum said.

Rosenbaum, who is an author, curator and CEO of the web's largest video curation platform Magnify.net, has been named the New York City's first Entrepreneur at Large for Economic Development in 2011 and Purdue University's Science Journalism Laureate. In his "Curation Nation" book published by McGraw Hill in 2011, he interviewed 70 of the leading thinkers in media, publishing and advertisement. In the book, Rosenbaum makes a case that the future of the web is curated, not created.
