A new online community is sharing stories of inspiration and resiliency.

The Resiliency Community has been formed on the 9/11 Memorial’s Google + page, a network that has more than a million followers.

The community features stories of resiliency, determinate will and hope. The 9/11 Memorial is encouraging everyone to join the community and share stories, videos and photographs that demonstrate resiliency in the time following 9/11. Please use the hashtag #resiliency when posting.

The 9/11 Memorial and Museum honors the nearly 3,000 victims of the September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993 attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others. It further recognizes the thousands who survived and all who demonstrated extraordinary compassion in the aftermath.
