9/11 Community Evening Sept. 10, 2018

As in years past, it is our distinct honor to invite members of the 9/11 community to join us for a special gathering on the evening before the anniversary. On Monday, Sept. 10, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to close at 8:00 p.m., the 9/11 Memorial Museum will be reserved for 9/11 and 1993 family members, 9/11 rescue and recovery workers, active-duty first responders, 9/11 survivors, active-duty military and veterans, and lower Manhattan residents and business owners. Last entry to the Museum will be at 6:00 p.m.

This year’s Community Evening will feature a special opportunity to view Comeback Season: Sports After 9/11, a new special exhibition at the Museum, which explores how sports and athletes helped to unite and heal the country in the aftermath of 9/11.
