Groups

The 9/11 Memorial welcomes groups of 16 or more by advance reservation. A limited number of group reservations are available each day. Groups are encouraged to schedule visits as far in advance as possible. Reservations become available six months in advance.

Reservation requests are considered for up to two weeks before the visit.

Schedule a Visit:
To schedule a group visit for 16 people or more, call Group Reservations at 212-266-5200 Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitor passes for 15 people or less can be reserved using the 9/11 Memorial’s online reservation system here.

Admission:
Admission to the 9/11 Memorial is free, but we accept and appreciate donations to support and maintain the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. Donations can be made at the time of booking or on site at the Memorial. All donations are tax deductible.

Retrieving Your Passes:
Instructions on where to pick up your group visitor passes will be provided on your confirmation email. Group visitor passes will be available at the group check in with the visitor services host stationed at the southwest corner of the intersection of Trinity Place and Thames Street. Group passes are pre-printed and made available at this location only 15 to 30 minutes in advance of your visit. Passes are not available via email, for pick up at the 9/11 Memorial Preview Site or the entry to the 9/11 Memorial.

Transportation Partners:
Groups can also reserve visitor passes through the 9/11 Memorial’s Official Transportation Partners who offer sightseeing packages, transportation options and itineraries that allow groups to experience other historic sites and attractions in lower Manhattan.
