Curbed.com releases a carousel of photos to click through that show the steel "tridents," which were once part of the facade of one of the World Trade Center's twin towers. The tridents, which represent the history of Sept. 11, are clearly visible at the plaza level of the 9/11 Memorial.

Work still remains on the glass atrium of the 9/11 Memorial Museum's pavilion. But once construction on the pavilion is complete, the 9/11 remnants will remain visible and greet future visitors of the memorial and museum as they walk onto the plaza.
