Commemorative Medal

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of 9/11, the U.S. Mint is producing up to 2 million silver medals. Visit usmint.gov or call 1 (800) USA-MINT for more information and to purchase a medal. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the 9/11 commemorative medal will support operations of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center site.

The 9/11 Memorial's  volunteer program  enables community member participation in its operations. The 9/11 Memorial seeks volunteers with compassion, patience, integrity, reliability and excellent communication skills to support the Visitor Services staff.
