Andrew Senchak

Former Chairman, KBW, Inc.

Andrew Senchak retired as chairman of Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc. (KBW) in 2018. Prior to joining KBW in 1985, he was an assistant professor of economics at Rutgers University and spent two and a half years in Brazil with the Peace Corps. He received a BA in liberal arts from Lafayette College and a PhD in economics from Columbia University. He has been president of MacDowell’s board of directors since 2017. He also serves on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, where he also holds the title of treasurer of the board.
