9/11 Memorial Museum in Top 5 ‘Best Patriotic’ Landmarks

The 9/11 Memorial and Museum has ranked in the top five best patriotic landmarks in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice 2016 poll.

USA Today asked its readers to vote for their favorite patriotic attractions from a pool of 20 nominees.

“With Independence Day quickly approaching and summer travel plans in the works, 10Best set out to find America's best patriotic attractions,” according to USA Today.

Voting was open for four weeks until June 20.

Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum emerged victorious in the poll. Alongside the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, Pikes Peak, Plimoth Plantation and Colonial Williamsburg were among the top five winners.
