Retired U.S. Air Force Gen. Michael Hayden was director of the National Security Agency on 9/11 and, from 2006 to 2008, served as the director of the Central Intelligence Agency—the first person in history to have led both agencies. Hayden discusses the current state of the War on Terror, cybersecurity, and Russian interference.
