This sculpture expresses the special moment between the end of darkeness and the birth of light, when a dialogue takes place between vulnerability and strenghth, solitude and reaching out. The figure is strong and muscular, so contrary to the conventional perception of a female body. It is also bald to accentuate its nakedness and exposure.
