A Safe Museum Experience
All visitors to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum must wear CDC-approved masks and follow all health and safety guidelines. Museum tickets must be purchased in advance for timed visits that allow for distancing. Please prepare for ongoing operational changes to ensure a safe experience for all visitors. The Museum reserves the right to refuse or revoke the admission of any visitor whose conduct violates these guidelines.
