Showtime and Oscilloscope are partnering on the release of director Jim Whitaker's documentary about the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks called "Rebirth," according to TheWrap.com.

Oscilloscope will release the film in theatres in August, and Showtime will air the documentary on the 10th anniversary of the attacks, the report said.
