Artist's Statement
Statement of Work
Batik is the medium that is associated with decorative, functional items. My early work did consist of simple designs, but my style has emerged into a more intricate, representational one.
My personal experiences as a volunteer at Point Thank You have acted as a catalyst to represent contemporary life in the city.
I am constantly striving to improve and expand my technique and the implication in capturing the intrinsic essence of the moment.
