Statement of Work
The Poem "America in the First" was written on 9/11 after observing the smoke blow across the waters at Laurence Harbor, NJ. This poem has recently been published in the author's third book: Perception of the Navigator.

Charles Lobaito is a New Jersey literary poet and resident. He attended Middlesex County College, and The University of Central Oklahoma, with English as his major. Besides writing, he has an established career in business, and retail management.
