This song came to me as I was listening to a radio talk show the morning of the terrorist attacks, September 11, 2001. The talk show host was describing the emotions that were surrounding the whole event. As I listened to people being interviewed, I realized that the sadness and the tears were not only for what happened that day, but also how it was going to change our country forever.
