I am a poet from Saint Paul, Minnesota who found a lot of inspiration visiting New York. I contemplated the juxtaposition of beauty and grief amid the World Trade Center Memorial in writing "Waterfalls." I am tremendously thankful to the Summer 2013 Elegy class at the Literary Loft in Minneapolis, MN for helping this poem flourish!
