Statement of Work
The 3D creation depicts the FDNY Ladder company 10 with the Freedom Tower on the horizon. This tribute display was created in remembrance of the 343 lives lost of the brave first responders during the tragic 9/11 attacks.

Matt Dobbs was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and currently lives in Elizabethtown. He has been a artist of different types of media since the 1980s - his subject matter includes visual art in addition to 3 dimensional displays based on subject matter from historic events in history.
Since being diagnosed with a life changing neurological condition he has found was to adapt and overcome the physical challenges needed to continue his artwork that he is passionate about.
