This piece is to remember my friend Richard Allen. He was my childhood friend and a true best friend to have known. I created this piece to work through the pain and sadness i felt that day of losing someone so special.

I was affected by 911 by ways of an athlete that I head been coaching back in 2001.
She approached me after practice just ended and told me he she had to fly to New York

"I forgot to say I love you" was written in the October and came to me as a dream. This is the first version recorded and has not been edited.
