Dominick was born and raised in Brooklyn NY in a small town called Canarsie... Was fixing bicycles at the age of five and graduated to cars at the age of 16. Has training at a local high school that had an automotive training program sponsored by Shell oil. Started pumping gas and worked his way up to manager in two years time back in....1977... Went to all types of seminars and classes to keep up with all the new technology and is still keeping up with the times....Back in 2013 he started making small sculptures welding pieces together and before long it became evident he had a natural talent for creating works of art. He has become passionate about making these pieces and hopes to someday make something nice enough to put in a gallery or a museum. He is not making them to make money. It is just an outlet for him to release his creative talent. Wishes he found out sooner that he had this gift so he could have had professional training to learn all the correct concepts and theories needed to be a true artist. Most of his accomplishments are self taught from construction to plumbing fixing appliances, cooking gourmet meals, baking all types of bread, making fresh pasta, welding and now sculpting. He will eventually get into painting and other forms of sculpting but for right now is very content with creating his welded steel pieces.
