Artist’s Statement November 4, 2001 Two days after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, I began sketching as a personal response to this atrocity. Like many of us, I was grief stricken by the number of victims and the amount of lives lost.

It took some time till I found the right words for this images and I decided to show them here and create a new series of images on my website www.kamera-sicht.com

No one now lives who went to sleep on September 10th, 2001. For some, their journey ended in a way far darker than they could imagine one sunny September morning.

After visiting the 9/11 Memorial & Museum in 2024 I have been working on a 9/11 orchestral theme called Prayer for Innocence. A sincere attempt to express the events of 9/11 musically.

“Imagine and then paint. I have no schedule…” Born and raised in Colombia, Jorge Lujan is a self-taught artist, always creating, searching and trying new techniques.

Standing at seven feet tall, the powerful presence of Lydon’s iconic Hour glass painting consumes you with it’s Dali like presence. The spectator becomes instantly moved yet captivated by its powerful message regarding the urgency of world peace.

as remember all who sacrificed and

This piece is dedicated to all
who were lost and first responders
and their families.

"Things Changed Forever" is a film I made to remember three friends that died as a result of the attacks on the World Trade Center.

It was first submitted to the TropFest/Tribeca Film Festival in 2007.

Charlotte's unique style combines a mix of Impasto, Action Painting, Abstract Expressionism and a touch of French Impressionism.

A collection of photographs progressing from before, during and after the attacks on New York on September 11th, 2001. Not knowing what else to do that Tuesday morning, I grabbed my camera and didn't stop shooting.

In 2011, Brian wrote "Are You Listening" to tribute the loss of a loved one, and as a response to the 10th Anniversary of 911.
