No, visitor passes are no longer required to visit the 9/11 Memorial.
Tickets are required to visit the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Tickets are date and time specific. 9/11 Memorial Museum tickets include the 9/11 Memorial.
Groups who reserve tickets in advance ensure that all members of the group are ableto enter together at a predetermined date and time. Groups with advance reservations are given access to a dedicated group line, as well as the opportunity to schedule bus drop-off and pick-up nearby.
Groups of 20 people or more wanting to schedule a visit to the 9/11 Memorial Museum must reserve tickets through the Group Reservations Department. At a minimum, one chaperone is required per 10 students. Tickets are required for both chaperones and students.
At a minimum, one adult (at least age 18) is required per set of 10 youths (under the age of 13). Tickets are required for both chaperones and youths.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. Entry is not guaranteed for early or late arrivals.
If for any reason you find that your group is no longer able to visit, please cancel your reservation. Providing notice of a cancellation allows us to accommodate other visitors who are interested in visiting. To cancel, please call (212) 266-5200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The deadline for requesting adjustments to a group reservation is two weeks before the visit date. Due to high demand, a change in dates, times or the number of people in your group are subject to availability and is not guaranteed. GROUP FAQS FOR MUSEUM VISITS
No. Group tickets will only be available with advance reservation and must be paid in full at least one week prior to arrival.
Groups will check-in with our staff at the group check-in, located on the southeast side of the Museum. The designated group leader should check-in with Museum staff upon arrival.
To access the group check-in:• From the northwest entry (West Street & Vesey Street) of the Memorialwalk along the west side of the north pool. At the Museum turn right and then left to the southwest corner. • From the southwest entry (West Street & Liberty Street) of the Memorial walk along the west side of the South Pool. Turn right at the Museum to the southwest corner. • From the southeast (Greenwich Street & Liberty Street) entry of the Memorialwalk straight toward the southeast corner of the Museum.

Yes. A ticket is required for every visitor to the Museum.
The Museum will offer several different ways to experience its collections and exhibits. Guided Tours will also be available for an additional cost. Handheld audio tours will be available for purchase at our Information Desk located within the Museum. Please click here for more information. Please note that no outside tours or lectures will be allowed in the Museum.
