Experience a Tour
The best way to experience the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is through an expert-led tour. Visitors gain a deeper understanding about what happened on 9/11 and those affected through compelling artifacts and stories.
Tours explore both the Museum and the Memorial, and each tour focuses on different aspects of the 9/11 story. Museum tour participants get expedited entry into the Museum. All tours are in English, unless noted, and are intended for adult and teenage visitors. Participants are encouraged to bring their own headphones to use during the program. Museum Tour (60 minutes)
Gain a deeper understanding of 9/11, the lead-up to the attacks, and their continuing global significance in the essential tour of the Museum’s key spaces.
Early Access Museum Tour (60 minutes)
Experience the Museum with your family in this intimate morning tour, before the museum opens. During this tour, the story of 9/11 is told through monumental artifacts and the stories of those affected by the attacks. Offered between 9 and 10 a.m.
Memorial + Museum Tour (90 minutes)
Experience the 9/11 Memorial & Museum with your family in this seasonal morning tour. Our comprehensive morning tour tells the story of 9/11 through monumental artifacts and the stories of those affected by the attacks. Offered at 10 a.m., returning Spring 2022.
Safety Procedures
In addition to all safety procedures required by the 9/11 Memorial & Museum for visitors, our tours will include listening devices to allow for social distancing.
