Experience a Tour

The best way to experience the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is through an expert-led tour. Visitors gain a deeper understanding about what happened on 9/11 and those affected through compelling artifacts and stories.

Museum tour participants receive expedited entry into the Museum. All tours are in English, unless noted, and are intended for adult and teenage visitors.

Examine what happened on 9/11; explore the history, rebuilding, and behind-the-scenes design of the site; and learn the stories of those affected by the attacks in this comprehensive tour of the outdoor Memorial and the Museum.

Safety Procedures

In addition to all safety procedures required by the 9/11 Memorial & Museum for visitors, our tours will include the following safety precautions:

  • Only offered to single family units
  • Limited capacity to 10 participants
  • Use of listening devices to allow for social distancing
