You can join the 9/11 Memorial in honoring our nation’s veterans during a five-day Salute to Service from Nov. 7 to Nov. 11. The institution will host a series of events and programs for veterans, their families and the visiting public.

Veterans will also receive free admission to the museum during that period. Special photo exhibitions, live talks and a Google Tour Builder interactive installation will be on view daily through Nov. 14.

Additionally, all are welcome to attend a special ceremony on Monday, Nov. 10 that will include a wreath-laying on the memorial and the tying of yellow ribbons to the Survivor Tree. On Veterans Day Nov. 11, yellow roses will be placed on the names of 9/11 victims who served in the U.S. military.
