The first step in getting here is to  book your trip . We can't wait to see you and your group and make your visit as successful as possible. Book a Trip The Day of Your Visit What You Need to Know Group bookings will require a confirmed minimum of 20 participants. Book your group visit before coming to ensure we can accommodate your entire party. We advise all groups to arrive 15 minutes before their entry time. This will allow ample time for the check-in process.  Visitors are welcome to explore the Museum at their own pace. An average visit takes about 90 minutes. She took to New York City immediately, exploring the shops and bakeries in their neighborhood and marveling at the beauty of the nearby Verrazano Bridge. She found a job as an administrative assistant at Cantor Fitzgerald, where she worked on the 101st floor of the North Tower. Anytime business brought her south of City Hall, she created makeshift routes around the World Trade Center—keeping her head down low, and often crying if she happened to catch a glimpse. But 10 years later—shortly before the public opening of the 9/11 Memorial in September 2011—she received a ticket through Con Edison for early admission to the Memorial and mustered up the strength to finally return to the WTC site. “I said, ‘Okay, I think … to bring a similar sense of comfort and closure to many of the Museum’s visitors.
